The Fate of Georgia AbernathyThere was a 79 percent chance that Georgia Abernathy was going to die tomorrow. She would spend her morning like she always did: bustling around to get her books together while ignoring her parents’ argument of the day. She would feed her fish pre-soaked fish food and feed the cat down the block with the meat from today’s sandwich. Walking down the block, she would redirect the elderly and confused Mrs. Garcon from waling into the street again and in 10 minutes time she would walk up the steps into her high school where she would spend the next six hours doodling, quizzing, learning and laughing. Morning PeopleNora loved early mornings, the sun warming the earth, the birds whistling, the plate of eggs, bacon and fruit, and seductive aroma of fresh coffee. It was a new day, a fresh start and she loved getting and living a new day. Mornings, and especially early mornings were easily her favorite part of the day. Some Words on ModelingThere are many things I dislike and there are many things I hate but this goddamn job takes the cake, or the apple I guess. The ad in the newspaper for the new magazine hiring models caught my attention immediately and before I could finish reading it I was picturing how amazing it would be to have that job. But I was wrong, so very wrong. This job is far from fun, its torture. I can barely stand it anymore, mostly cuz its so ridiculous! Sitting in the middle of the park and bending my hand back like some weird fleshy plate with an apple at my lips. Could there be a more awkward pose? Seriously, who eats an apple like this? Who? Alleys in JanuaryYou wake up on Saturday morning in the middle of January and discover it’s warm. You jump out of bed and sure enough it’s still warm and the sun is beckoning for you to escape the house. So you do. ‘Ahh, such a wonderful day’, you think later as you exit the stuffy subway and find yourself in the city. You start to walk down a familiar route but you stop in the middle of the crowded sidewalk, to the anger of the people behind you. A thought has crossed your mind. You turn left and right after a few blocks, ‘lets get lost’, you think, ‘let me throw myself into the hands of the city and find adventure’. S Alleys in January

Romeo Without a CauseDear Journal,
Watching him breathing next to me is like a lava lamp. Entrancing. I just can’t look away. He’s so beautiful with that film of dew and sweat on him, I want to kiss it off and lick my lips. To taste his sweetness again is it’s own golden euphoria.
He always calls himself pasty, but with the dying light of early morning illuminating his face he looks like some sort of holy god of the underworld. An angelic Hades who still struggles in English class (hopefully thinking of me).
He’s not a distraction like everyone says. He’s the love of my life at age 16. Almost 17.

After a long time away, for various reasons, i have come back new and improved!
So a bit about my life this past year:
My first year in college was brutal but my best grades were in english... maybe i should change majors?
Im still jobless, which i hope to change soon.
I'm in a long distance relationship which im sure many of my friends look down upon.
I have a real phone, a sidekick 2008. It keeps crashing on me... but at least i can call my honey anytime i want w/o having to worry about prepaid minutes.
I cut my hair in january, its growing back again, and im officially tired of bangs and cant wait for them to grow out.
I've written a bunch of VERY short stories, more like drabbles than anything, for class and ill be posting them and extending them as well as editing and reposting the ones i already have on here.
I attended the deviantMEET in NYC and have become invigorated to return to deviantART like i was before, regularly checking new deviations, and adding new art(writing) to my page. im also hoping to try to practice drawing. its something i always wished i can do and while i accept that ill probably never be as good as my sister, at least i can develop a style that i will be proud of
Thats all for now.
